I was visiting from out of town, saw that this was a championship course, and decided to give it a go. I had a tee time at 1:30 pm and needed left handed clubs seeing as I was traveling and only visiting for the weekend. I enter and the clerk at the reception desk says we need to wait because they only have 1 set of left handed golf clubs. No where that Iโ€™ve played only has ONE set of left handed golf clubs. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a course that claims to be of championship caliber. Tee times are meant to be honored because we make them around our other pending engagements throughout the day. They didnโ€™t get us out on the course until 3:30 pm. Iโ€™ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and seen so much unorganized workings at an elite course and do not recommend this golf course at all.

Great golf course, the staff is amazing and the course is getting better and better every year. The greens are in excellent condition and can be super fast. Tee boxes are coming along, another month or so and they will be perfect. Highly recommend this golf course!

Played June 7, 2026. Really fun layout. Course was in alright shape, some areas were soggy, some areas were really dried out. Bunkers were somewhat inconsistent and a lot of the tee boxes could use some TLC. From what Iโ€™ve read, the course is in better shape recently compared to what it has been in the past. In my opinion, the back nine is tougher than the front so be sure to post a good score on 1-9.

First off lemme be clear: Iโ€™ve played here many times for practice rounds because itโ€™s close and itโ€™s cheap. I know the course is in rough shape. But at least the greens are solid. My issue today is that we book a 0720 tee time, the 3rd tee time of the day. You allow the tee times before to be late, already having us wait off the start. Now add in the group of Hackers slowing it up, making it take more than 2 hours to play 9 holes. But thatโ€™s not the biggest problem. No my biggest problem is a Marshall that wants to lie. You know the issue is the group in front, but instead you come talk to us? Tell us that we need to drive a cart back and double up because youโ€™ve ran outta carts. Mind you this is on like hole 5 or 6, when weโ€™re already almost done. Have to explain to him that only playing 9, while the others are playing 18, hence the separate carts. Fast forward and I get back to the parking lot. Yeahโ€ฆreally looks like youโ€™ve โ€œran outta carts.โ€ Come on man, be better. Seriously. This is the type of attitude that makes people not wanna come back.

Very fun course. It's short but very challenging. Any missed hit, and the ball is likely gone. I have donated so many Pro V1s and TP5/TP5x balls into the swamp, creeks, and thick brushes. Risk/ reward management, which I rarely see in other courses that I have played at. Tee boxes had artificial turf which I thought was strange and low class. After a few lost balls, I realized the amount of rehit from the T is very common causing a lot of wear and tear. So it makes perfect sense. Greens were smooth and fast. Fairway is very tight and has good up/down hills layout. Would definitely play this course again to work on course planning and laser focus on difficult shots. Price was excellent as I got a great deal through golf moose website.
